Its been a while since i prepared a "report" for my visitor. This time, the request is on KHSB.
A glance on KHSB's price chart movement.
Early this year, below 0.30, then found momentum and shot highest to 0.80 about in 1 month time.
After reached at top, price started to fall and downed about 40cent (50% decrease).
You can see it more clearly in below chart.
Stock seems to find bottom at 0.39 and it tried to go up but managed only to 0.445. At the moment price closed at 0.425. Is it the right time to buy in?
Lets see some indicators to get more better picture.
1) MACD is in bearish territory below 0.
2) Price reaching 200 line SM.
3) Distribution keep going on. Declining over time.
4) 26SMA still above 12SMA.
Positive
1) OBV is increasing up.
2) Parabolic SAR in bullish after a long time bearish.
Bad News
1) The company has reported a loss financial for 1Q, a decrease about 89%. This is huge loss.
2) Their subsidiary company SAP Holding is busy handling their court issue (Material Litigation)
2) If not mistaken, the surge in early year was due to news of privatise by KPS. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Resistance at RM0.48.
Support at RM0.39. Once broken, next support at RM0.29.
You may play swing, but a bit risky if you bought at high.
Parabolic SAR shows a very good sign atleast. After along downtrend, there were few time gains but PSAR never changed sign.
When to buy?
1) Wait for SMA golden cross.
2) Wait for more consistent volume. If we study the trend of volume on this counter, the volume always inconsistent. Once in a while will be huge, after that slow. Atleast we are looking for a bigger volume compared to previous and the price not retreat after reaching high.
3) Wait for ACCU graph starting to pointing up.
