Update on MEDAINC

Last week on 27 March, i have made a call on this stock for a short term.
Lets see what this stock has.

Performance 2010 - Current

From 2010 until now, share price has increased from 10cent to 80cent about 780%.

In Oct 2011, price started move up from 30cent to 80cent as in Feb 2012.

On 30/3/2012, Company made a proposal for renewal share buy back of 10%.
Another activities

1. PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY NANDEX LAND SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF MEDA INC, OF APPROXIMATELY 256.039 ACRES OF LAND  FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM13,000,000 
2. PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN PESONA ALFA SDN BHD FOR A CASH PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM35,000,000

 Lets see on TA point of view.

1. MFI= going more than 50% level now. i consider, money has flow back into the company.
2. RSI= interest from buyer also increase from oversold to 50%.
3. Stoch & Wm%R are higher and at 80% and -20 respectively.
4. CCI marching forward as currently at 0.

From the last high volume on 27/3, share has increased to 80cent.But after that price stay sideway. What positive is that the share price not going lower within past 2weeks. Buyer wins against seller and on Friday, price closed again at 80cent. Once Volume comes in as on 27/3 or higher, 0.80 would be history, and looking for previous high which is 0.85. But before that, price should break 0.815 first, then 0.83 and finally 0.85. Probably in this coming week, volume will start coming in again. With bonus warrant price 0.60 with EX-Date on 18April if not mistaken.

Bonus issue of up to 131,735,236 free warrants in Meda Inc Berhad (“Meda”) (“Warrant(s)”) on the basis of one (1) free Warrant for every four (4) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Meda (“Meda Share(s)”) held at 5.00 p.m. on 20 April 2012.

MEDAINC - Potential for swing

This is another potential for swing.
based on today trade, seem quite strong.
Long shadow created for today candle, and buyer won the fight and closed at high of today.

1. Today opened price was at very good support price.
2. CCI indicator looks good.
3. MFI & RSI, is going forward after been in oversold area.
4. Stoch & Wm%R looks start to shot up tomorrow.
5. Volume high after very low volume in last couple of days. Expecting another volume high tomorrow.
6. With Target of 0.815 then 0.855.
