Lets see TRC's chart and analyse it.

1. Stoch and Wm%R are in good condition and going forward.
2. CCI is looking to reach 0 and go higher.
3. MFI & RSI at 20% and 30% respectively. Which is still low.
4. ADX = signal line is below 20.
5. Parabolic still now showing stop and reverse yet.
6. At the moment, low volume was traded everyday. Waiting for more volume to come in.

Summary, I would put it on hold even price already up +2.5cent. There is not enough signal to buy.
