Request: TEXCHEM might fly high?

TA point of view

the price was dipped to lowest in Dec 2011 at 0.47.
after that, price rebounded back to ~0.60. Then remain side way. Only last week, price started to move up after 1day been suspended. The next day price shoot up.

High volume was seen on Thursday despite price closed in red. Vol accumulation is increasing at the moment.
If stock to be bullish, the price projected is at 0.69, then 0.75.
Price & volume trend is going up.
RSI & MFI are up trending.
Stochastic is at good level >50%.

I have checked some in announcement related to company proposed transaction.

CONDITIONAL SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH FUMAKILLA LIMITED, JAPAN (“FMJ”) FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMPANY AND PURCHASE BY FMJ OF 70% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF TECHNOPIA SDN BHD WHICH COMPRISES 52,977,496 ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH

• PROPOSED SALE BY THE COMPANY AND PURCHASE BY FMJ OF 70% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF PT TECHNOPIA JAKARTA WHICH COMPRISES 1,032 ORDINARY SHARES OF USD5,000 EACH 

Next, about intention to deal during closed period between both parties.

I think it should be good.
